Frequently Asked Questions - General
-Do Adults need to take their shoes off?
Yes, everyone who comes into the facility needs to have socks only.
-Can I wear Indoor Shoes/Slippers?
No, we are a Socks Only facility.
-I am not going into the play structure, only the cafeteria. Do I still need to take my shoes off?
Yes, everyone going past the front gate of the facility is required to have socks only.
-Can I bring in my reusable water bottle?
Yes! Reusable water bottles are fine to bring in.
-I stopped for coffee on the way over. Can I bring my takeout coffee in, even just into the cafeteria?
No, we do not allow any outside food or drink past our front gate. You can finish up your coffee in the front while your children play or leave your coffee at the front desk until you are ready to go.
-Can I leave my older children here alone/ in charge of their younger siblings?
No, anyone under 18 years old is required to have adult supervision.
-My child is 1-3 years old but would like to go to the Adventure Zone. Can I bring them in if I supervise them?
No, we do not allow any children under the age of 4 to enter the Adventure Zone, regardless of parental supervision.
-My spouse/parents/friends are coming in separately and meeting us here. Can they come in by themselves when they arrive?
Yes. We will provide a stamp when they enter, as long as they have socks on. This stamp will not match yours/your children’s, however, so if they will be leaving with the children without you, you will need to let the staff at the front know, to make sure the stamps are matched before leaving.
-My child has a severe food allergy. Can I bring in allergy-safe food for them?
We can make some exceptions for allergy-safe food, but only in single-serve portions. Please let us know ahead of time if you need allergy accommodations so that we can keep everyone on the same page!
-Are you Gluten-Free or Nut-Free?
No. While we have gluten- and nut-safe options for our food, if you have a severe allergy please be aware of the potential for cross-contamination in our kitchen. When gluten-free food is prepared we do take precautions (e.g. baking instead of frying our gluten-free options).
-My children attended a birthday party here. Do I have to fill out a waiver to bring my children in this time?
Yes, waivers for birthday parties are one day only, and will not be valid for the next visit.
-I filled out the online waiver already. Do I need to fill it out each time I visit?
No, our online waiver form lasts for a year. If you have filled it out previously, you can come right to the front desk to check in, as long as all the children were included. If you have only filled out a paper waiver, however, you will need a new one each time you visit.
Birthday Party FAQ
-I am having a birthday party at Amazone. Can I bring in cookies/donuts/ice cream?
No, the only outside food allowed is Cake or Cupcakes. If you need a place to store an Ice Cream Cake, we can hold it in the freezer for you.
-Can I have more than 10 children attending the party?
Yes! 10 are covered by the package price, but you can add additional children at cost.
-Do my party guests need to fill out the waiver ahead of time?
No. The Party Parent will fill out a waiver on the day of the party which will account for all the children who attend the party. Parents of the guests will just need to sign their child in at the front, where they will get their stamp.
-If I am doing a Walk-In party, can I still bring Cake/Cupcakes?
Yes, cake and cupcakes are permitted for walk-in parties.
-How early can I access my party room?
Your party room will only be open at the time it was booked for. We do not have any early access times available.
-Will staff help me put up my decorations?
If you bring your decorations in ahead of time, our party staff can absolutely help with decorating. Please bring your decorations in at least a few hours ahead of your party (but bringing things in the day before is best!).
Arcade & Fishing FAQ
-Do the credits/tickets on my Game Card expire?
No! You can bring your Game Card in any time to use in our Arcade and save the points for as long as you need to.
-How does your Fishing Zone work?
If you have a magnetic fishing rod, you can bring it in to catch as many fish as you can! Then you can bring them to our Redemption desk to exchange for prizes. All fish must be redeemed on the day they are caught.
If you do not have a magnetic fishing rod, we have them for sale at our Redemption desk.
-I caught a lot of fish! Can I save up my points on a Game Card?
No, points from fish caught are only valid on the day they are caught.
